Individual Mentoring

There are advantages of individual phone sessions. First, the individual and the mentor will have the ability to establish a rapport. During the session the individual will have the opportunity to discuss their emotions, dilemmas and specific goals that they wish to accomplish. The largest advantage is the opportunity to speak with an individual in a non-judging position. The sessions will include goal setting and being held accountable as well as assisting individuals while accomplishing life goals. When an individual spends time interacting with an individual that lacks judgment, that assist the individual in appreciating their self-worth.
